Your access and use of Aso2lak Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which sets a contractual relationship between you and Aso2lak, noting that we may amend the terms related to the services from time to time without prior notification.
IMPORTANT: By using Aso2lak application or website, you agree that you have read, understood, accepted, and agreed with these terms and conditions. If you don't agree, please stop using Aso2lak services.
- To use Aso2lak services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user account.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Account registration requires you to submit certain personal information, such as your name, address, and mobile phone number.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password at all times.
- By creating an Account, you agree that Aso2lak may send you text (SMS) messages as part of the normal business operation of your use of the services.
- Transfer cost includes tax and charges paid by you are final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Aso2lak.
- All charges are due immediately and payment will be facilitated by Aso2lak using the preferred payment method designated in your Account. You can pay by credit card or cash to the driver.
- You can cancel your request at any time before the driver's arrival, in which case you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Limits of liability;
- Personal belongings are the client’s sole responsibility, and Aso2lak is not responsible for any missing item.
- Aso2lak is not liable for any indirect losses or personal staff damage.
- Aso2lak is not responsible for the results if you missed your flight or you missed a critical appointment. You're responsible for deciding the sufficient time to reach your destination on time, any delay caused by traffic, road blockage, or other circumstances out of Aso2lak control, Aso2lak will not be liable for it.
- Aso2lak provides insurance for the driver against accidents.
- Vehicle insurance is the liability of the owner, and in case of any road accidents, it should be covered by the insurance with no liability on Aso2lak. In case the vehicle has inactive insurance, the vehicle owner will be subject to litigation per Egyptian law.
